Yes, you can make reservation going out of one city and return to another city and going into a city and returning out of a different city. |
| Q.7 Are the Taxes included in Fares or not? |
Most airfares listed on the fare listing screen include Taxes but some consolidated fares are shown as net fares only. For these consolidated fares Taxes, security charges and other fees for air tickets are calculated and shown at the final step of the flight search in the cost per person field. |
| Q.8 What Airfare will be printed on the ticket? |
Usually Consolidated tickets purchased through Fareshoppe.com show BT or Bulk ticket in the fare Box. How ever in some cases where the Publish fares are listed ticket may read less price than the charged amount. |
| Q.9 How do I know if the ticket has been issued? |
Normally all the tickets are issued on the same day or next day after the payment is received by fareshoppe.com. |
| Q.10 If the Paper ticket is lost what should I do? |
There are different procedures for the different airlines. Once you are sure that your ticket has been lost. You can inform us by sending an email to customercare@fareshoppe.com with the details of the lost ticket. Our customer care representative will guide you for the next procedure. Such as black listing of ticket etc. If half used ticket has been lost we advise you to contact the airline in the city/country where you are. There may be some fees/penalties imposed to reissue the ticket. Total procedure may take couple of days also. |
| Q.11 Can I hold more than one reservation? |
Airline rules and regulations don't allow to hold more than one reservation for the same passenger. Duplicate reservation may result of automatic cancellation of both the reservation by GDS. For the cancellation of duplicate reservation passenger is entirely responsibility. |

| Q.13 How do I add additional passenger to an existing air or hotel booking? |
An additional passenger can only be booked by making a new online reservation. Please keep the flight details of the original reservation handy so that while making the new reservation you can select the same flights as per the original booking. Since the fares can changes frequently, we cannot guarantee the availability of the original price of booking on the same flights. |

Yes. We do have special Promotional/Negotiated/Bulk fares available from USA to various International Destinations worldwide especially to India. Nowadays most of the airlines are using Electronic tickets only few airline are using paper tickets. We have to follow the airline rules whether the ticket has to be an Electronic or a paper ticket. |

| Q.17 I need to purchase a ticket for my baby (infant) who is traveling with me? |
You can send an email to custonercare@fareshoppe.com with the name/date of birth of the infant travelling with you, along with your reservation number. One of our customer care representative will assist you.

| Q.18 My confirmation shows paper ticket. I have not received yet. When I will receive my paper ticket? |
Your paper ticket will be mailed with in 2-3 business days. We will confirm your courier/tracking number by email. If you have not received your ticket and your flight departing soon. Please end email to customercare@fareshoppe.com. |
| Q.19 Do I need to reconfirm my flight? |
Even though you have a confirm seat on your flight. we always encourage you to reconfirm your flight with the airline on their website or on their 800 numbers. Sometimes there is schedule change or flights are cancelled by the airline for multiple reasons like whether condition or technical reasons and w are not notified for the same by the airline. You may send your request by filling this form mentioning your confirmation Number New travel dates. Please note that all changes to be made are subject to airline rules and regulations. Fareshoppe.com will charge $50.00 Service fee beside the airline date change penalty and any difference of fare applicable. Some fares are not changeable.

| Q.22 I want to cancel my Trip. As I will not be able to Travel on the original date and I don't have future date of travel. |
All ticket are Non Refundable/ Non Transferable/ Non endorsable. However some tickets may qualify for credit for future travel within one year from the date of purchase. Please note that once you decide that you will not be able to travel on the date you purchase the ticket for. Cancel the reservation with the airline in time to avoid the No-show. | Q.23 Do my unused/partially used non refundable has any value? |
Partially used tickets usually do not have any value. But you may contact the airline directly as each airline has a different policy. Your unused ticket has no value under the circumstances where the traveler does not show on time to catch the flight. Hence there is no left over value from the ticket. If the flight has been cancelled before departure. Please get in touch with the airline directly to rebook your flight for the new dates following the airline's rules and regulations. Once you complete your reservation you will receive an email confirmation. Please verify the Itinerary and passenger name (Name should mach the Your ID such as Drivers License in case of Domestic and Passport for International travelers). In case it differs. Yes, you can make special request such as meals, seating preference etc. for each passenger while making your reservation or can be requested by calling the airline after making the reservation. Most of our Airfares allow accumulation of frequent flyer miles. Please do enter your frequent flyers mileage number into reservation while purchasing your ticket or you can you can do so by calling the airline. Purchase of tickets using Vouchers, Certificates or Frequent flyers miles are generally handled by the Airlines. You need to contact the airline directly for this. |
| Q.30 Can I upgrade my ticket purchased through Fareshoppe.com? |
Most of the fares used by fareshoppe.com are upgradeable. However some special/negotiated fare/ Bulk fare may not be upgradeable. |
| Q.31 Why did the fare changes at purchase time? |
Fareshoppe.com uses a real time reservation data base, the same used by travel agents world wide that lists actual prices with availability. There are only a few seats available on low price. Once these low price seats are sold out. Airline data base automatically update the availability and price. Please double check prices while making the reservation and purchasing the ticket. How ever we closely monitor these changes we make our best efforts to our fares display as current as possible. Some time the fare difference is a technical issue. In that case clicking select will display the update fares. |
| Q.32 Why can not I book Southwest and Jet Blue? |
We don't offer fares on these airlines. since they don't participate in our General Distribution System. We are actively working to expand them into our searches in the future. |

| Q.1 Credit Card acceptance? |
Most Airlines accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. Discover Card is restricted by some airlines. Please check with our sales Representative about the Discover card.
We don't accept credit card payment for travel to/from Africa.
We accept travelers credit card online. We don't accept third party credit card online.
All credit card must have verify able billing address. Itinerary and paper tickets will be sent to credit card billing address only.

| Q.2 Why do I need to fax in an authorization ? |
In today's age of rampant Internet fraud, we need to insure that the person purchasing tickets for suspect transaction is really the person he or she says. So, we have multiple tests and procedure to protect credit card holders. We realize that this causes incontinences to our customers and create more work for everyone involved but we feel it is our duty to do everything possible to combat fraud. And safe guard our clients. |
| Q.3 When My Credit Card will be charges after making the reservation. |
Your card will be charge as soon as the ticket is issued. Generally the tickets are issued instantly after you make the air travel purchase. |
| Q.4 What happen if my credit card is declined? |
If your credit card is declined for any reason. We'll notify you that the ticket can not be issued. Tickets are not issued until the credit card is not charged. Your reservations may be cancelled. You may need to book a new reservation using another credit card. New reservation will be subject to availability. |
| Q.5 Why are there multiple charges on my credit card? |
In some cases, we are required to break the total charges in to 2 separate charges that total amount you agree to pay. You are not being charged any more than you agreed to pay. |
| Q.6 Can I pay for my ticket using two different credit cards? |
As per our company policy, we accept only one credit card. However, if you want to use two different credit cards, please mention that in remarks. We don't accept third party credit card in such cases. |
| Q.7 Some one call from fareshoppe.com and left a massage on my voice mail. Why you are contacting me? |
We are calling you to confirm your flight or someone else related to you is using your credit card to purchase your ticket. We need to obtain your consent. Please fill up this credit card authorization form and fax to 212-730-5200. |
| Q.8 My credit Card has been charged twice for the same reservation. What should I do? |
This happen sometimes due to System error. In such cases you will get back the credit with in 72 Hrs. Please email your credit card details along with your reservation number to customercare@fareshoppe.com one of our customer care reps will check the charges and process a credit on your behalf. This will reflect on your credit card statement. |
| Q.9 Can I make reservation and pay later? |
Fares are not guaranteed unless they are paid in full. So All airfares must be paid in full at the time of booking by credit card. Regardless of how far in advance of the travel date they are booked. |
| Q.10 Can I make reservation for some one else? |
You can make a reservation for some one else. While making the reservation you need to put the name of the passengers traveling. You can put name as contact person. |
| Q.11 Can I pay for some one else? |
Yes you can pay for some one else. You need to fill up Credit Card Authorization Form
and fax the same along with Photo copy of Credit card front and back with Driving ID of the credit card holder to 212-730-5200

Yes, you can pay with check or cash. Checks are to be made in the name of Travel Centre NY and mailed out to the address mentioned in Contact us address. Or we accept Telechecks. You need to do. Make a normal check as usual and fill out our Telecheck authorization form and fax the same along with the photocopy of original check and Driving ID to 212-730-5200. Your ticket will be issued after realization of the check.

Yes. We have special fares out of India to USA and you can purchase the tickets for someone coming from India also. We can issue Electronic ticket or Can Send PTA (Prepaid ticket Advice). Ticket can be by picked up from the Airline office locally or at the Airport counter. There are no extra charges for ETicket. However $ 50.00 service charges will be applied for sending a PTA. |

Check in Baggage allowance varies from airline to airline Depending upon origin/destination. Normally from and to USA check in baggage allowance allowed is up to 2 Pieces of luggage weighing not exceeding 50 Lbs each with Dimensions 62 inches (Length plus Breadth plus height). |
| Q.7 What happen if I missed my flight because I was late? |
The formal rule if you miss your initial flight is that you lose the entire value of the ticket. However some airlines make an exception and let you fly stand-by on that same day. This is at the discretion of the airline. |
